Yay! This is my 100th post on this blog! Woo hoo! I've been thinking about having a giveaway on my 100th post for a long time, and right now, Sew Mama Sew! is hosting a May Giveaway Day blog event ! What a perfect timing!
I will therefore participate in the Sew! Mama! Sew! giveaway event for the first time ever... How exciting!!
And my giveaway item is... this reversible linen tote bag that is handmade by me :)
More images here. The handles are made of sturdy canvas webbing.
And the reversible side looks like this.
I used this discontinued reproduction fabric to make this tote... which is one of my favorites. These are the images of birds and flowers by the window. Aren't they lovely?
It's a perfect size to store a letter pad (8 1/2 inches x 11 inches) or your daily belongings to carry everyday.

I live in Romania and one year ago I discovered quilting. Since then I try to learn more about this art. Thanks for the giveaway!
Hi, I love the tote and everything that you do. I have just started sewing again after a long, long break. It has helped me to get over some stuff going on here at the moment. Keeping my hands busy, keeps my mind off the bad stuff happening for a short while. It is a welcome break. Checking in on your blog does the same.

Hi, Amy, Thanks for giving me a chance to try my luck here .
I am a Malaysian Chinese lady who is greatly in love with Japanese pattern books, Japanese crafting books , Japanese fabrics, Japanese food ,Japanese notions and etc.I hope I could have a chance to travel to Japan one day.
I wish to get this lovely tote linen bag sewn by a kind Japanese lady ! :) !
Congratulation on your 100th post! And your tote is lovely too! I enjoy sewing clothes, bag making, patchworking & knitting/crochet..but there never seems to be enough time in the day does there. Oh well the housework can keep for another day!
HiAmy,
Congratulations on your 100th post!
Your prizes are very cute. The tote could be my knitting or crocheting bag to keep my project in. And I am a pretty big fun of Matryoshka dolls. I have a little collection of them.
I wished I could sew or had at least the patience to learn it. I really have to left hands and am kind of a perfectionist. I tried once to sew a bag, but.. yeah... I need a lot of practice... if ever a lonely homeless sewing machine knocks at my door...
And I really love those bags. If I could sew, I would have one in every colour. I use them for my stuff for university and they wear out really fast ...
However, actually I would prefer the sachets, since, as I commented before, I love the Matryoshka stamp so much :) I really admire your work and skills
Greetings from Sweden
Jannica
I am from Idaho. I am a twin and i have three daughters

Hi Amy!
My name is Tara and I live on the coast of Australia. I adore sewing. Hello Lovely! What wonderful giveaways (and I'd even be happy to settle for 2cd or 3rd since lavender is one of my favorite things!). I am a grad student studying counseling and art therapy - so I think that creativity and the process of making things is healing and life enhancing. wouldn't you and your totes agree?
Hi Amy!

Hello! I love the tote bag. My name is Patty and I live in Canada. I am a photographer and painter and now I have started to do some sewing. I known how to sew since I was five years old, my mom taught me so I could make my dolls some clothing. I sew for few years and then the teenage years came, and you don't want to be on your sewing machine while your friends are out "having fun", besides at that age everybody thinks that sewing is for old ladies. So I stop. Now I have a 2 yrs old daughter and she's my inspiration.
Thank you for the chance of this give a way.
cheers
Patty
