Day 9 of Zakka Handmades Blog Tour - Erleperle ブログツアー9日目♪

Stitched by me: Flex frame pouch

I can't believe that we're already on Day 9 of Zakka Handmades Blog Tour! Which means that we have only two more stops to go...  Hope you continue to follow along with us throughout this blog hop!

Our blog stop for today is Mette of Erleperle from Denmark! Mette is a wife, a mother of three children, and a part time secretary. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, quilting, embroidering, crocheting, knitting, paper crafting, and all sorts of fun things! When she's not crafting, she likes to read, cook, bake, travel, and enjoy her life to the fullest.

今日は Zakka Handmades ブログツアー9日目です。ツアー終了まであと残り2回となってしまいました。は、早い!どうか皆さんには最後までご一緒にお楽しみくださいね♪ ブログツアーとは?についてはこちらをご覧下さい。→☆

I have always adored Mette's handmade creations through her inspiring blog.  With the perfect mixture of  vintage and modern linen, prints, lace, and various embellishments, she creates one of a kind projects that are so lovely and chic.

Take a peek at some of her latest beautiful creations...

From Mette's creation: Zakka style coasters
Love all the details of her hand work!

Because I adore Mette's work so much, I decided to create zakka project from my book featuring the Danish flag!

First I cross stitched a tiny Danish flag and used it to embellish my Flex Frame Pouch. You can find how to make this convenient pouch in my book.

To the right is the Vintage Ribbon Flex Frame Pouch from my book. Flex frame pouches are so quick to make yet very easy to use - which is why it's one of my favorite zakka projects to create.

I've always loved her blog. The little pouch is so cute. I think I will get myself some new sun glasses so I can make one for me.

I love seeing all the projects being made from your book! I can't wait to start making some. You inspired me to try my hand at stamp carving. (and I am not very good at it, but I love the process lol)
